We are looking for a skilled Biomedical Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration on a variety of biomedical equipment. This role is primarily independent field work with occasional in-house repairs, offering strong variety, autonomy, and ongoing opportunities for technical and professional growth. 

 What You’ll Do 

• Travel to customer sites—primarily throughout South Jersey, with occasional trips to NY, MA, and CT 
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and cleaning on biomedical equipment 
• Troubleshoot and ensure equipment meets company, manufacturer, and regulatory standards 
• Communicate with healthcare staff about service needs and equipment status 
• Document service activities and maintain accurate equipment records 
• Support in-house operations by cleaning, testing, and prepping equipment when not on the road 

 What You Bring 

• Experience with biomedical, medical, electrical, mechanical, or electronic equipment 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic troubleshooting skills 
• Comfortable traveling regularly and managing independent fieldwork 
• Great communication and customer service abilities 
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and stay organized in fast-moving environments 
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs 
• Interest in professional growth (CBET certification encouraged)
